Back Office Especialista
Description:
Seeking a motivated individual to assist with the back office and accounting operations of our Accounting/Finance Department.

Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions as to duration.

 

Duties: Liaise with clients through phone, email, and live support
Manage client funds and client requests(wires, credit cards, and check deposits/withdrawals)
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations of the Accounting/Finance Department
Observe anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance, including tracking the source of client funds
Create periodic financial reports for senior managers
Data entry and recordkeeping

Education:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, mathematics or equivalent degree

Skills:
Experience in accounting, finance or backoffice, including disbursing and receiving customer funds
Quickbooks experience a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Series 3 license not required, but preferred

FX Dealer
Description:
Seeking a motivated individual to join our Dealing Desk.
Strong Mathematical Skills
Ability to take initiative and direction
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task

Duties:
Support currency dealing and trading services of the Dealing Desk
Execute client currency transactions and fx spot trades

Education:

Skills:
Experience in the financial markets
Knowledge of the FX Market

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn internal trading platform and related applications
Ability to speak a second language a plus

Introducting Broker (IB)  Coordinador
Description:
Seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individual to develop and support our Introducing Broker Division. Competitive salary, performance bonus and benefits. The position has tremendous potential for growth.

Education:

2+ years experience with a financial services company
Previous experience with an FCM, introducing broker or IB division preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Series 3 preferred
