In February of 2009 Alpari (US) announced that Live Clients had the option to trade with a 5th decimal price feed, allowing traders to experience trading with lower spreads and new types of execution.
As the next step in our development program, Alpari (US) will be moving all accounts to a 5th decimal price feed beginning July 17, 2009. This update will be done automatically through the MetaTrader 4 platform.
Please be advised that all customers currently trading with a 4 decimal price feed should adjust their EA’s accordingly and prepare for trading with the additional decimal place. If you are unsure if this price feed is suitable for your trading needs, we encourage you to experiment on a free demo account over the next month.
As of July 17, 2009 you will no longer be able to trade with the 4th decimal price feed.
