3. Gift cannot be transferred between
accounts.

4. Fund transferred between accounts are not
considered initial deposits and are not eligible to receive the bonus.

5. Gift cannot be combined with any other
Alpari (US) promotions.

6. Gift does not apply to referred broker
accounts.

7. There is a minimum deposit requirement of
$500.
|
|
8. Participant must make a minimum of 5
standard lot round turn transactions.

9. There is no time frame to complete the
trading requirements.
|
|
10. The gift will be applied to an account as a
credit bonus.
|
|
11. It will not be available for withdrawal
until the applicable number of standard round turn lot transactions is
completed.
|
|
12. The gift will be removed from an account
after 90 days of account inactivity.
|
|
13. Participants must opt-in (register) for
the promotion in order for it to be applied to their account.

Additional Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, or breaches the Promotion Terms or Our Terms. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Alpari (US) website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the Alpari (US) website and services you accept any such modified terms. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
