VPS Service with Alpari (US) is available on the MT4 Standard and MT4 Pro platforms. To access the VPS Service, customers must have a live account with a minimum balance of $2,500 per account which will utilize the VPS Service. Customers must execute the equivalent of five (5) round turn standard lots per month ("Trading Requirements"). Customers have one (1) calendar month to complete the Trading Requirements; where a customer has not requested the VPS Service by the first trading day of the month, the customer will not have to satisfy any Trading Requirements for that month. The customer will need to complete the Trading Requirements by the last trading day of the following month. For example, if a customer requests the VPS Service on January 4, 2012, the customer will have until February 28, 2012 to complete the Trading Requirements. Failure to meet the Trading Requirements will result in deactivation of the VPS Service at the end of the month. Deactivation will occur between the first day and the fifth day of the month. There is a $50 reactivation fee to reinstate the VPS Service; this fee will be deducted from the trading account. Should the reactivation fee cause the customer’s account to enter into margin call, Alpari is not liable for any losses resulting from any effected positions.
