A telephone password is the password we ask you for when you contact us with any account queries. A telephone password can consist of a word or number or combination of both. Please note that we will never ask you for your master password that you use to login into your account. We suggest that you never reveal your master or telephone password to anyone.
We collect information regarding your financial background and investment experience for our records and for regulatory reasons. This should not affect your application and you can be sure that all information is held safely.
Yes, you can. If you need to amend any information on the application form, please contact our Client Services Department.
A certified copy is a copy of the original document that has been stamped and signed by a lawyer or bank manager as a “true copy” of the original. Certification must include date, name, address and signature of the person who performs the certification.
If your (utility) bills are not in your name you can send us a copy of your recent bank statement, as proof of address.
No, we cannot accept a passport without certification.
It depends on how quickly you can provide us with the required supporting documents. On average the process takes a couple of days. Once the documents have been submitted, we should contact you within 1 business day. If you do not get any reply within 3 working days, please send an email to cs@alpari-us.com to confirm that we have received your documents.
Yes, you can open a joint account. To do so, please specify that you wish to open a joint account during the Online Account Opening Process. If you need any help filling out an application or you have further questions please email our Client Services team or call 1.646. 825.5760.
No. At this time, we do not offer managed account service. If we do introduce managed accounts to our offering, we will notify our clients as soon as possible.
An Alpari (US) Live Account can be opened with our simple and convenient, online application. You can find this in the "Open Account" tab at the top of our website.
Currently we only offer US dollar denominated accounts.
It is possible to have as many Live accounts as you wish, however it’s not possible to have one account and many sub accounts. We provide the 'MetaTrader MultiTerminal' software package which can be used to manage multiple accounts from one trading platform.
Once a customer has an approved account, they can request additional accounts via MY ALPARI page, under request additional account. The request should state the current Account Number and the desired additional account type.
Sometimes spam programs may identify our emails as spam. It may help if you change the setting of your spam detection programs. You may try to complete the application form again indicating another email address. If for some reason you cannot complete the application form online, it is possible to download the application form in a .pdf format and complete it offline, which you can then print, sign and send to us via email, post mail, or fax.
For a Standard account, the minimum initial deposit is $250.
For a Pro account, the minimum initial deposit is $10,000.
