You need to complete our Withdrawal Form and send it to cs@alpari-us.com or by fax (1.646.825.5761). Your money will be transferred to the bank account that is specified on the withdrawal form, provided that account is on file with us. Usually it takes 24 hours but we strive to make it as soon as possible. You may also login to My Alpari. Please note that the bank account must be in your name.
Profit withdrawals will be paid by check or wire transfer.
Currently, you can deposit money with Alpari (US) in USD only.
Yes, you can. However at the moment of payment, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as equity less necessary margin (required to maintain an open position).
If you do not have sufficient free margin in your trading account we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you submit a corrected withdrawal form and/or close the open positions in your account.
Yes, Alpari (US) accepts payments via PayPal. Additionally, deposits are accepted by check if you are a US, Puerto Rico or Canadian resident and by credit card. Alpari (US) will not accept third party or anonymous payments, money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, bank drafts or teller's transfers.
No, we will not close your account if it has a zero balance. You can have a functioning live account with a zero account balance.
Yes. However, if you change your bank account number and notify our Client Services Team you will be able to fund from another account opened in your name.
No, Alpari (US) does not charge a fee for withdrawing your funds. However, we will relay the costs we pay our bank onto our clients. Bank fee for a withdrawal made by wire transfer is $20. Withdrawal by check is free.
Yes, it is possible. To change your bank account details, please e-mail a copy of your bank statement to our Client Services Team.
It is possible to transfer funds between accounts registered in the same name. In order to transfer funds, you would need to complete a transfer form, sign and send it to us via email or fax. We do not charge any commission for this service and if any currency conversion is required we will use a current spot rate.
For a Standard account, the minimum initial deposit is $500.
For a Pro account, the minimum initial deposit is $10,000.
Alpari (US) accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card deposits from variouis regions as well as checks. We also accept PayPal, and bank wires.
