• I completed the general information page of the Online Application Form but I did not receive an e-mail with the code to complete the application, what do I do?

  
  Sometimes spam programs may identify our emails as a spam. It may help if you change the setting of your spam detection programs. You may try to complete the application form again indicating another email address. If you continue to have problems please contact customer support at 1(877)Alpari1.

• What are the IP addresses for demo and live accounts?

  
  When you launch the client terminal, it connects to our server loading a list of IP addresses. If you indicate an IP address, not a server name, when you log in for the first time, the next time you launch Metatrader 4 the application automatically loads the names of available trading servers. The IP address you previously typed in will be changed to the symbol type name of the server (for example "Alpari US - Demo" or "Alpari US - Live").

  Should one of the servers become unavailable, the client terminal automatically switches to the next available server.

  For your live account choose "Alpari US - Live" from the list of available servers. In case you cannot find this server name, type in one of the shown below IP addresses:

  • 208.122.38.254:443

  For your demo account choose "Alpari US - Demo" from the list of available servers. In case you cannot find this server name, type in one of the shown below IP addresses:

  How to login to your "Live" Account.
• Do you pay interest on the funds in my trading account?
  No. Currently we do not pay interest on funds.
• Will you close my live account if at some point it has a zero account balance?
  No, we will not. You can have a functioning live account with a zero account balance.
• How do I open a LIVE account?
  The procedure of live account opening is explained here.
• What is the minimum initial deposit to open a live account?
  For Retail Account the minimum initial deposit is $1000. For a Micro Account there is no minimum initial deposit.
• Can I open two or more live accounts? In different currencies?
  Yes, you can open multiple accounts but in USD only.
• How long does it take to open a live account?
  It depends on how quickly you provide us with the required supporting documents. On average the process takes 24 hours after receiving all necessary documents. As soon as we receive your documents our Compliance Department will verify them and if the documents are approved, your account will be opened. Password and login details will be sent via email as well as available methods of funding your account.
• Will my demo account ever expire?
  If you make at least one transaction on your demo account within a 90 day period it will not expire. If no transactions are made, the account will be automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Can I open a joint account?
