Internal Audit Specialist
Description:	Seekly a highly motivated individual to assist Internal Audit Department with the firm’s due diligence program, regulatory compliance and ongoing audit responsibilities.
Duties:	Conduct regular assessments of the following business areas: adequacy of internal control environment, efficiency/effectiveness of business processes, accuracy of financial statements, compliance with company policies and procedures and external rules and regulations, and financial controls. Administer special audits as requested by senior management. Implement various audit procedures. Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit areas. Communicate audit findings to senior management for the purpose of corrective action or improvements in firm processes. Coordinate all external audits of the firm. Monitor and review external communications with clients and business affiliates. Coordinate and oversee special projects with the Compliance Department -Investigate incidents of suspicious activity involving clients, employees, or customer accounts. Investigate customer complaints and trading disputes.Liaise with regulatory bodies, including NFA and CFTC.
Education:	Bachelor's degree required
Skills:	Knowledge of USA Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, NFA, CFTC, SEC, FINRA, and FinCen. Internal auditing experience preferred. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a financial institution, futures commission merchant, broker/dealer or bank. Team oriented. Experience with SalesForce, World-Check, and LexisNexis a plus

Compliance Associate
Description:	Seekly a highly motivated individual to assist Compliance Department with new account due diligence and regulatory compliance.
Duties:	Ensure due diligence is performed on all new clients to comply with the firm’s “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and “Anti-Money Laundering” (AML) policies and procedures. Assist in monitoring and reviewing external communications with potential and existing clients. Organization and ability to prioritize work flow to ensure deadlines are met. Assist with preparation for all internal/external audits. Participate in special projects with minimal oversight.
Education:	Bachelor's degree required
Skills:	Fluency in Spanish is required Knowledge of US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and FinCen preferred Compliance or auditing experience preferred Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a financial institution, futures commission merchant, broker/dealer or bank FX or Futures Experience a plus Series 3 preferred, but not required Team oriented Experience with Salesforce, World-Check, and Lexis Nexis a plus
Commodity Futures and Options Broker
Description:	Seeking experienced Commodity Futures and Options Broker with an established book of business. This is a commission only position, only serious applicants will be considered. Compensation includes competitive industry commissions, and excellent benefits, including full medical coverage.

Introducting Broker (IB) Project Coordinator
Description:	Seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individual to develop and support our Introducing Broker Division. Competitive salary, performance bonus and benefits.
