| Description: | Seekly a highly motivated individual to assist Internal Audit Department with the firm’s due diligence program, regulatory compliance and ongoing audit responsibilities. |
| Duties: | Conduct regular assessments of the following business areas: adequacy of internal control environment, efficiency/effectiveness of business processes, accuracy of financial statements, compliance with company policies and procedures and external rules and regulations, and financial controls. Administer special audits as requested by senior management. Implement various audit procedures. Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit areas.
