The Piercing Pattern is the opposite of the Dark Cloud Cover.
An example of the the Piercing Pattern
The Piercing Pattern appears after a downtrend and is formed with two candles:
- the first candle has a black real body and the second one has a white long body;
- the white candle opens under the black candle bottom and closes above the prior black candle center.
