    FX Sales Representative

    Description: This role is to sell the company’s margin FX trading platforms, to both retail and institutional customers trading spot FX.

    Duties:

    Drive sales for company’s retail and institutional products and services
    Communicate to prospective clients company’s advantages and trading  platforms
    Create new opportunities through existing client database (no cold calling)
    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
    Employ lateral communication with management to enhance products and procedures
    Other duties as assigned


    Education:

    Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
    Series 3 & 34 license
    Must be eligible to work in the USA


    Skills:

    Understanding of the FX markets and margin FX trading platforms is essential
    Commercial awareness to identify good leads and business opportunities

    Internal Audit Specialist

    Description: Seeking a highly motivated individual to assist Internal Audit Department with the firm’s due diligence program, regulatory compliance and ongoing audit responsibilities.

    Duties:

    Conduct regular assessments of the following business areas: adequacy of internal control environment, efficiency/effectiveness of business processes, accuracy of financial statements, compliance with company policies and procedures and external rules and regulations, and financial controls.
    Administer special audits as requested by senior management.
    Implement various audit procedures.
    Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit areas.
    Communicate audit findings to senior management for the purpose of corrective action or improvements in firm processes.
    Coordinate all external audits of the firm.
    Monitor and review external communications with clients and business affiliates.
    Coordinate and oversee special projects with the Compliance Department -Investigate incidents of suspicious activity involving clients, employees, or customer accounts.
    Investigate customer complaints and trading disputes.Liaise with regulatory bodies, including NFA and CFTC.


    Education: Bachelor's degree required

    Skills:

    Knowledge of USA Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, NFA, CFTC, SEC, FINRA, and FinCen.
    Internal auditing experience preferred.
    Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a financial institution, futures commission merchant, broker/dealer or bank.
    Team oriented.
    Experience with SalesForce, World-Check, and LexisNexis a plus

    Duties:

    Support the Legal Department in various day-to-day legal, compliance and regulatory related activities of the firm.
    Prepare legal briefs and conduct legal research on proposed rules, current case law and enforcement actions.
    Assist with implementation of new/changing laws, regulations and standards.
    Develop firm-wide policies and procedures.
    Observe anti-money laundering and compliance regulations.
    Participate in special projects as assigned by the General Counsel and Compliance Department.

    Education/Experience:

    Trade Support Associate

    Description: Seeking a motivated individual to support the Trading Desk and BackOffice Department with daily operations and reconciliations.

    Duties:

    Reconciliation of the trading platforms and prime brokerage trading accounts.
    Liaise and communicate with prime brokerage banks on all aspects of the trade support process.
    Assistance in the settlement and rolling of all prime brokerage open positions and clearing residual balances.
